Serves 4

2 packages frozen fishsticks
3 or 4 very juicy pork -chops, alternative is to use chicken filets or pork tenderloin.
1 package of white rice
4 packages of curry sauce
1 pineapple or canned slices

Preparation:
Cut the pork in little pieces, add some pepper on them and a little bit of curry powder. Mix the meat, put some olive oil or baking butter in a casserole, bake the meat brown and done. In the meantime you can boil water for the rice. Take a frying-pan, add butter and bake the frozen fishsticks, until they are done. Cut the fishsticks each in 3 or 4 little pieces and add them to the meat, stir carefully. Make the curry sauce as described on the package.

Serve the meat and fish separately from the rice and for a fresh taste take some pineapple.

Bon Appetité!
